Who We Are

          Dynamic & Partners counts with two co-owners, Mercedes Illana and Juan A. Casas, both with extensive experience in the luxury hotel and DMC industry. They have strong backgrounds in and understandings of corporative service and destination management, and in 1996 the merge their collective strengths to form a partnership.

          Our goal is to employ our knowledge of the destinations, our creative staff and resources in the travel industry to deliver high-standard, successful, first-class destination management and added values to all of our clients.

          Large enough to handle any size of group we remained deliberately small enough to provide the exceptionally personal service on which our reputation has been built and that assures owners management. thought technically we are a small business we boldy think big when it comes to provide creative a solutions to our customers.

          We are a licensed and bonded Spanish Travel Agency (CICMA 926) keeping all legal local requirements that includes standard insurances and in addition we also hold extraordinary civil liability insurance. Apart from this we are particulary concerned that all our suppliers ensure international standards of compliance are consistenly delivered.

          International event and professional conference organisers want the assurance that all those engaged to deliver a successful programme are compliant, not only with local legislation but can also meet our high standards criteria from appropriate levels of insurance cover to robust health and safety checks.
