Well, from a few weeks ago – after the restoration carried out by Paola Navone respecting Gaudí’s originality – this unsuspected space will be available for events.
The Third Floor is the last corner of possibly one of the most visited buildings in the world: it is Gaudí, but it is also the fascination aroused by its fanciful physiognomy. Unlike the other plants, the third has survived to the present day maintaining a degree of authenticity that is surprising as it preserves the essence of domestic life from the first decade of the nineteenth century in details with a charm that is difficult to reproduce. This last corner that few knew will be available for meetings and events in small committees. As if you were sneaking in: it is the feeling you get when you get lost in the corners and corridors of the house. The feeling of intimacy, not only because of the space, but also because of the warm light and the convoluted corridors can give a lot of room for surprising events.
The opening of this space has been possible after three years of restoration with a practically archaeological approach. By removing the multiple layers added throughout the 20th century, the original architecture of 1906 has been revealed, surprisingly intact under these interventions.
«We find a house that has been very transformed, but extraordinarily complete under the back layers. The process was almost archaeological: to remove, discover and recover what was already there» – Xavier Villanueva, architect responsible for the restoration. The result is a rigorous recovery of the original structure: carpentry, stuccoes, pavements and construction systems conceived by Gaudí have been restored or faithfully reproduced using artisanal techniques. Among the most relevant finds are decorative elements hidden for more than a century, such as stuccoes with floral motifs. Also noteworthy is the recovery of the original undulating roofs and the discovery of recycled doors adapted by Gaudí, including the recovery of a handle unpublished until now in his work.

[/et_pb_text][/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=»1_2″ _builder_version=»4.9.2″ _module_preset=»default»][et_pb_image src=»https://www.dynamic-partners.es/wp-content/uploads/2026/06/Casa-Batllo_Entrada-Tercera-Planta-By-Claudia-Maurino.webp» title_text=»Casa-Batllo_Entrada-Tercera-Planta-By-Claudia-Maurino» align=»center» _builder_version=»4.9.10″ _module_preset=»default» width=»100%» max_width=»100%» min_height=»252px» height=»281px» max_height=»286px» custom_margin=»68px|-64px|10px|1px||» custom_padding=»21px||24px|||» global_colors_info=»{}»][/et_pb_image][/et_pb_column][/et_pb_row][et_pb_row column_structure=»1_2,1_2″ _builder_version=»4.9.2″ _module_preset=»default» background_color=»RGBA(0,0,0,0)» width=»95%» custom_margin=»24px|20px||20px|false|false» custom_padding=»20px|20px|20px|20px|false|false» box_shadow_style=»preset1″ global_colors_info=»{}»][et_pb_column type=»1_2″ _builder_version=»4.9.2″ _module_preset=»default»][et_pb_text _builder_version=»4.9.10″ _module_preset=»default» header_3_text_color=»#5509f7″ custom_margin=»-2px||38px|||» custom_padding=»0px||0px|||»]

Venues

[/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=»4.9.10″ _module_preset=»default» header_3_text_color=»#5509f7″]

F1® Arcade

[/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=»4.9.10″ _module_preset=»default»]

Since April 2026, Madrid has been the first city in continental Europe to feature this new entertainment concept that combines competitive leisure, premium food and service, F1® watch parties and customised experiences. The arrival of artists and the import of works gave rise to Trecento aesthetic, technical and iconographic innovations which left a deep mark on the visual culture of the Iberian kingdoms. Local maestros also contributed to this evolution, creating original variations on the Italian models. Regarding capacity, it is estimated to start with 110,000 spectators, growing to over 140,000 in the fifth year.
It must be pointed out that Madrid will feature numerous F1-related activities and entertainment initiatives to coincide with the Grand Prix from 2026 onwards. Formula 1® racing began in 1950 and is the world’s most prestigious motor racing competition and the most popular annual sporting series worldwide..

When: from 11 to 13 September, 2026
Where: IFEMA, Madrid

[/et_pb_text][/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=»1_2″ _builder_version=»4.9.2″ _module_preset=»default»][et_pb_image src=»https://www.dynamic-partners.es/wp-content/uploads/2026/06/f1_madrid.jpg» title_text=»f1_madrid» align=»center» _builder_version=»4.9.10″ _module_preset=»default» width=»100%» max_width=»100%» min_height=»239px» height=»208px» max_height=»208px» custom_margin=»88px|-64px||1px||» custom_padding=»0px|||||» global_colors_info=»{}»][/et_pb_image][/et_pb_column][/et_pb_row][et_pb_row column_structure=»1_2,1_2″ _builder_version=»4.9.2″ _module_preset=»default» background_color=»RGBA(0,0,0,0)» width=»95%» custom_margin=»20px|20px||20px|false|false» custom_padding=»20px|20px|20px|20px|false|false» box_shadow_style=»preset1″ global_colors_info=»{}»][et_pb_column type=»1_2″ _builder_version=»4.9.2″ _module_preset=»default»][et_pb_text _builder_version=»4.9.10″ _module_preset=»default» header_3_text_color=»#5509f7″]

La Vuelta 2026

[/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=»4.9.10″ _module_preset=»default»]

This year sees another edition of the Cycling Tour of Spain, one of the most important stage cycling races on the international calendar.
Participants in the event cover more than 3,200 kilometres divided into 21 stages – flat, against the clock, and mid- and high-mountain.
